Give the benefit its correct name

A loyalty programme may recognise activity through benefits defined by its organiser. Those benefits should not be described as cash unless the actual terms support that meaning. The wider Tap Tap Go ecosystem can include loyalty and financial features together, but proximity in an app or presentation does not make their values interchangeable.

Keep redemption understandable

Describe the relevant qualifying and redemption process using the current programme's conditions. If a benefit provides access or a discount, explain that specific outcome rather than converting it into an invented financial amount for a more dramatic headline.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical event community, a returning participant earns a benefit defined by the organiser. The programme explains what the benefit unlocks and how to use it. It does not display the benefit as money in Go Cash or assume a connection to USD virtual Visa spending that the actual arrangement has not confirmed.

Make it practical.
