Keep qualification and payment distinct

A participant may believe an introduction qualifies under the programme, but the actual terms and confirmation process determine the outcome. Any eventual financial movement needs its own relevant record. Do not count a referral notification, a forecast or an illustrative commission as money already received.

Preserve the programme context

Keep the qualifying event and confirmed reward information together where appropriate. If a financial question arises, identify the relevant service rather than assuming every reward uses Go Cash or the USD virtual Visa feature.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical referral programme, a participant receives confirmation that an activity is under review. The participant does not treat that notice as a completed payout. If a reward is later confirmed and paid through an actual supported route, the programme record and financial evidence can then be connected accurately.

Make it practical.
