Use the actual product vocabulary
Go Cash's wallet-to-wallet model, payment links and crypto-funded USD virtual Visa access describe particular financial tools. They should not be presented as a credit line, loan approval or a way to spend funds that the applicable arrangement has not made available. Check the confirmed service terms rather than assuming that the word card means access to credit.
Keep customer expectations grounded
If a customer asks about borrowing or credit, direct the question to current product information and the relevant provider. Do not infer lending from a premium visual or a large illustrative number.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical enquiry, a user sees a virtual-card illustration and asks whether it provides credit. The team explains the actual crypto-funded USD feature and checks the applicable conditions. It does not turn the customer's assumption into a new product claim merely because borrowing would make the sales story sound broader.
Make it practical.
