Define the evidence behind the status
The actual programme would need to establish scope, eligibility, responsible partners and operating readiness. A successful demonstration or optimistic commercial conversation should not automatically change a coming-soon label to live. The customer-facing story must reflect the service that is genuinely available under confirmed conditions.
Keep updates specific
When evidence changes, explain which capability and customer group are affected. Avoid a broad announcement that makes unrelated planned services appear active simply because one part of the programme progresses.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical future release, a confirmed programme might establish one narrowly defined service. The team would update that feature's explanation while leaving other roadmap items marked planned. The example shows how a credible launch story can celebrate progress without suggesting that every proposed European capability has become universally available.
Make it practical.
