Map the experience from the customer outward
Start with the intended customer action, then identify the proposed service and relevant partner dependency. SEPA, virtual IBAN, SWIFT and crypto-to-bank remain roadmap items. Avoid drawing a diagram that suggests every connection is live simply because all labels fit inside one attractive ecosystem illustration.
Use the map to ask better questions
A founder can identify missing evidence, unresolved responsibilities and programme conditions before expanding the promise. The map supports planning; it is not proof that the underlying financial access has been approved or delivered.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical planning session, the team would map a proposed receiving journey and notice that an important partner responsibility still needs confirmation. It would keep that dependency visible rather than erase it from the presentation. The resulting story would be more useful for decisions because ambition and readiness remain distinct.
Make it practical.
