Translate the concept into stages

A reader should understand the intended task, the relevant service at each stage and the party responsible for it. The proposed hybrid model does not mean every balance, asset and payment route is interchangeable. It also does not mean Tap Tap Go owns a banking licence or that all capabilities are currently available.

Keep the customer's question central

Ask what the person wants to receive, hold, convert or send, then evaluate only the actual future programme's supported answer. The roadmap is a direction, not a universal promise.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical future use, a professional would explore a confirmed journey involving an eligible receiving service and a supported conversion. Each stage would have its own conditions and record. The scene explains the proposed hybrid experience without implying that every customer can already move freely between all financial features.

Make it practical.
