Find what is unresolved

Before designing a future retry workflow, decide how staff would establish whether the earlier instruction is still pending, rejected, returned or otherwise unresolved under provider guidance. A second attempt can complicate the commercial record if the first outcome is unknown. Capture the reason for considering another attempt beside the original reference.

Review the changed information

If a corrected beneficiary detail or amount is supplied, verify the correction through the appropriate confirmed process. Keep both versions explainable without treating them as two debts. Tap Tap Go’s proposed bank-transfer features are coming soon; the appointed programme would determine whether and how a retry can be requested, rather than an improvised action based on a familiar screen.

Imagine this

An illustrative future scenario

Imagine a supplier asking a business to resend a future euro payment after a failed notification. The business first confirms the original outcome through the supported channel, then reviews the new instruction instead of immediately submitting an identical payment.

Make it practical.
