Define the repeated obligation
Write down how the customer agrees to the recurring service, when each amount becomes due and how the business will identify each period. A new invoice every month can be a commercial process without implying an automatic financial instruction. Keep the agreement and the collection method separately understandable.
Confirm the actual capability
Ask which collection actions the eventual programme supports and how an eligible payer would use them. Do not describe planned SEPA access as proof of direct debit, scheduled collection or a ready-made subscription engine. Tap Tap Go’s euro rails are coming soon; any additional mechanism would require its own confirmed service terms and availability.
An illustrative future scenario
Imagine a consultancy planning monthly euro retainers through a future supported receiving arrangement. It prepares period-specific references and a customer reminder process, then separately asks whether any automated collection feature is available instead of promising one from the SEPA label alone.
Make it practical.
