Connect claims to dependencies

List which proposed customer messages rely on a particular provider service, eligible segment or supported route. If one of those dependencies changes, the relevant claims need review even when the territory partner agreement or marketing plan has not changed. The list should identify exactly where the affected wording appears.

Update the customer journey

Assign an owner to review materials, instructions and training against confirmed programme information. Do not assume a replacement arrangement has identical permissions, terms or records. Tap Tap Go’s European hybrid expansion is coming soon and partner-led; distribution ambition and regulated-service readiness remain different parts of the launch process.

Imagine this

An illustrative future scenario

Consider a territory team planning workshops around future euro receiving. A change in the underlying proposed service prompts a review of workshop slides and customer instructions, while the commercial team separately discusses what that means for its local rollout plan.

Make it practical.
