Create a controlled script

Give the proposed service explanation an owner, a version and a date when its claims were reviewed. Identify what is current, what is coming soon and which questions require provider confirmation. Keep the language usable for a normal conversation without making the salesperson interpret an entire legal or technical document.

Review before the next campaign

If programme information changes or a new campaign begins, check the script again. Do not treat a six-month territory target as proof that a financial route is active in that market. Tap Tap Go’s proposed European bank and hybrid capabilities remain coming soon, with actual launch access subject to confirmed partner arrangements.

Imagine this

An illustrative future scenario

Imagine a territory representative preparing a future webinar. The dated script prompts a check before the event, revealing that one planned capability still requires confirmation. The representative keeps it in the roadmap section instead of presenting the sales target as service availability.

Make it practical.

Use this checklist as you read. Checks are not stored.
