Capture the decisions
Record why the pilot selected its payment purpose, recipient, route and evidence. Include the unanswered questions and the person responsible for each one. A short decision note is more useful than a large folder of screenshots because it explains what the team is trying to learn and what it has not yet established.
Rehearse the second operator
Ask another colleague to describe the next permitted action using only the note and confirmed provider guidance. If they must call the organiser to discover the status or purpose, the handover needs work. Tap Tap Go’s proposed hybrid routes remain coming soon; this rehearsal can be conducted with clearly marked scenarios while actual access is pending.
An illustrative future scenario
In an illustrative team exercise, the organiser goes on leave before a planned supplier-transfer trial. A colleague uses the handover to identify an unresolved beneficiary question and postpones the trial, instead of guessing from a screenshot of the proposed account.
Make it practical.
