Invite a concrete request

Ask your accountant to choose one question they need answered by a proposed Tap Tap Go collection or transfer. They may want to identify the payer, associate a payment with a project, distinguish a charge or explain a returned amount. Give that question a place in the pilot before choosing the most impressive visual demonstration.

Use ordinary evidence

Request the kind of provider record that would actually be available to an eligible customer. Test whether it answers the question without requiring access to a personal phone or a private chat history. Planned vIBAN and SEPA services remain coming soon; sample evidence should be labelled as illustrative until an eventual programme supplies confirmed records.

Imagine this

An illustrative future scenario

Picture an events agency whose accountant asks how one sponsor payment would be matched to several agreed deliverables. That question changes the planned test from “does money arrive?” to “can the receipt be explained later?”, producing a more useful adoption decision.

Make it practical.
