Remove extra variables
A proposed Tap Tap Go SEPA trial does not need multiple currencies, several invoice types and a new customer at the same time. Begin with one clear purpose that matters to the business. Keep the agreement, intended recipient and reconciliation method understandable so the team can identify which part of the journey created a question.
Expand by a new question
After the first supported journey is understood, add one meaningful variation: a different invoice structure or an authorised second operator, for example. Expansion should follow what remains unknown. SEPA access is coming soon and subject to partner and customer eligibility; a tidy test plan cannot substitute for confirmed access or programme permissions.
An illustrative future scenario
Imagine a design practice choosing a single agreed project payment for its future rehearsal. It postpones an unrelated multicurrency purchase so the result can answer one question: whether the euro receipt can be linked cleanly to the project record.
Make it practical.
