Distinguish estimates from terms

List confirmed commercial obligations separately from unresolved charges or conversion variables. If your team uses an internal planning buffer, label it as a management assumption and explain what it is intended to cover. It should never appear in customer material as though it were a quoted Tap Tap Go fee.

Replace assumptions with evidence

When an actual supported programme provides terms, update the sheet and review whether the intended route still meets the business need. Keep the earlier assumptions only where they help explain the decision. Tap Tap Go’s crypto-to-bank and euro-transfer proposals are coming soon; their final economics require confirmation rather than extrapolation from a different product.

Imagine this

An illustrative future scenario

Picture an agency preparing a future supplier-payment budget. It records the agreed invoice amount, an explicitly internal contingency and an open question about programme charges. The owner can assess readiness without confusing the contingency with an actual quoted financial-service price.

Make it practical.
