Identify the payer change

If someone other than the contracting customer proposes to pay, record the relationship and reason before giving financial instructions. Do not rewrite the commercial record to hide the difference or assume a familiar relationship makes the arrangement acceptable. The actual provider programme needs to support the intended payer and purpose.

Use an explicit answer

Ask the appointed provider what the eligible setup permits and what information is needed for that specific situation. Avoid promising universal third-party funding. Tap Tap Go’s SEPA, vIBAN and crypto-to-bank proposals are coming soon, so a broad product description cannot resolve a particular payer arrangement in advance.

Imagine this

An illustrative future scenario

Consider a freelancer whose client asks a friend to settle a future euro invoice. The freelancer preserves the customer agreement, notes the proposed payer difference and seeks the relevant programme answer instead of changing the client name on the invoice for convenience.

Make it practical.
