Classify the inventory relationship
A Tap Tap Go partner may hold demonstration items, stock available for sale and cards already allocated to customers. Keep these categories distinct according to the actual commercial arrangement. A box in a local office should not automatically be counted as both saleable stock and completed customer delivery.
Protect fulfilment clarity
Record the relevant order and assignment through the authorised process. If a stock arrangement changes, confirm what happens to allocated items before redirecting them. The customer experience depends on the partner knowing which physical assets support existing commitments, not only the total quantity it possesses.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a partner holds 100 cards, with 20 allocated to confirmed customer orders and five reserved for demonstrations. Immediately unallocated stock is 75. Reporting all 100 as available for new orders would ignore the commitments already attached to part of the inventory.
