Define the demonstration pool

Tap Tap Go partners can benefit from having approved sample cards and demonstration accounts. Record which physical items belong to that pool and how they are maintained. The customer should not receive an item with an unexplained history simply because it is the last one available at an event.

Use the agreed fulfilment standard

If a demonstration item can be sold or reassigned under a particular arrangement, describe its status accurately and follow the supported process. Do not assume a reset erases every commercial or quality consideration. The premium experience depends on truthful presentation as well as the object’s appearance.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a partner finishes an exhibition with one sample card and several new orders. It should fulfil those orders through the agreed stock process rather than silently presenting the used sample as an untouched customer item.

Make it practical.
