Separate intention and commitment
For a Tap Tap Go-related campaign, distinguish a sponsor conversation, an agreed contribution and money or services actually available. These stages support different planning decisions. A positive meeting does not guarantee the resources needed to fulfil a member-facing offer.
Protect the participant promise
Do not launch benefits that depend on uncertain support without an appropriate confirmed plan. The operator should know which party delivers each element and what conditions apply. Keep prospective commercial relationships out of customer claims until their actual role is established.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, three businesses discuss supporting a programme, but only one confirms its contribution. The launch budget should not treat all three as available funding. Member offers need to align with resources and delivery arrangements that can actually be relied upon.
Make it practical.
