Treat status as information
Different Tap Tap Go programmes may use different reward states and qualification processes. If the current programme shows pending, approved, available or similar labels, read their definitions. These words can describe different stages and should not be interpreted solely from their everyday meaning.
Ask what remains unresolved
A pending event may require review or another condition before it becomes usable. Find the stated process and any relevant timing guidance without inventing a deadline. Keep a concise record of the activity and the status shown. Avoid repeatedly recreating the action in an attempt to force the balance to change.
Plan only from confirmed scope
Before applying rewards to anything else, confirm what the programme permits and whether the displayed amount is actually available for that purpose. A notification about activity is not necessarily cash, a wallet credit or permission to spend. Clear status language protects both the participant’s expectations and the support conversation.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a member receives a notification after a referral but sees a pending label. She should not promise a friend that the reward is immediately withdrawable. The useful next step is to read the current status explanation and determine which condition, if any, remains outstanding.
Make it practical.
