Prepare the service response
For a Tap Tap Go campaign, consider the likely volume of questions about profiles, programme rules and access. A surge of invitations can create workload even when many recipients are still exploring. Do not staff the programme solely from the number of completed purchases expected.
Evaluate the whole funnel
Track relevant enquiries, useful activation and support demand separately. A campaign that produces attention may still need a clearer explanation or a narrower audience. The programme should have an owner for the early customer journey rather than assuming sales will automatically fund every immediate service requirement.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a referral campaign produces 200 enquiries but only ten purchases during its first week. Support still needs to handle appropriate questions from the wider group. The early workload is real even though the eventual commercial value remains uncertain.
Make it practical.
