Separate the two benefits
Tap Tap Go’s referral model may recognise qualifying introductions, while customer pricing and promotional offers are separate commercial matters. A referral link does not by itself establish a discount, free service or special financial access. The recipient should understand the product offer independently of any potential benefit to the referrer.
Check the purchase description
If a current promotion includes a customer benefit, verify its scope and conditions through the official offer. Distinguish a product reduction from a programme reward or a later credit. Do not quote a price from an old campaign as though every referral carries the same arrangement.
Make the invitation trustworthy
Use language that describes what is confirmed: a route to explore the product, a specific published offer or a programme introduction. Avoid implying savings simply because a link looks personalised. Clear communication prevents the recipient from reaching checkout with expectations the actual offer cannot meet.
Hypothetical programme scene
In a hypothetical exchange, a friend asks whether using a referral link makes the card cheaper. The useful answer is to check the current offer, not to assume yes. A programme could recognise the referrer while leaving the customer’s price unchanged, or it could have a separately defined promotion.
Make it practical.
