Classify the concern

A Tap Tap Go participant may be unhappy with a profile workflow, a partner benefit or a reward decision. These concerns can involve different teams and evidence. A single label such as rewards problem may hide the actual issue and send the customer through an unhelpful support loop.

Describe the desired clarification

Explain what happened and what answer or action is needed. Keep the relevant product and programme records separate. This helps the responsible team address the concern without assuming that a product purchase guarantees a programme outcome or that an unqualified event proves the product itself failed.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a customer cannot find the document they expected on a profile and also has a pending referral event. Those are two questions. Clear descriptions allow the appropriate teams to help without mixing content setup with reward qualification.

Make it practical.
