Map the operating work
For a Tap Tap Go territory, identify the activities required to take a customer from awareness to useful product adoption. These may include demonstration materials, physical fulfilment and local assistance. The negotiated arrangement should state which party supplies or funds each element, rather than assuming a territory investment covers everything automatically.
Separate the money categories
Partner capital, product sales, programme fees and service revenue are different flows. A funding commitment is not necessarily income earned by the platform, and gross card sales are not profit. Show who receives each amount and what obligations remain after receipt.
Model a defined scenario
Use illustrative numbers only to explain a structure, with assumptions clearly labelled. Confirm actual costs and commercial shares before treating the model as a budget. The useful outcome is a transparent view of resources and responsibilities, not a headline total that adds unrelated capital and revenue together.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a partner allocates $50,000 to a local launch while customers later purchase $20,000 of products. Those are different financial events. Their combined value does not establish $70,000 of platform revenue or profit; the recipients, agreements and delivery costs determine the economic picture.
Make it practical.
