Follow the funds

In a Tap Tap Go territory discussion, distinguish capital paid into a local operating business from money paid to another entity for an agreed purpose. A headline investment does not show what resources the central platform receives or what remains available for local customer delivery.

Connect funding to responsibilities

List the intended uses and the party accountable for each. Keep capital separate from card sales, service fees and profit. Final financial and legal treatment needs appropriate professional review, but the operational explanation should already be clear enough to identify the planned work and any conditions attached to the funds.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a partner commits $200,000 to its own local launch operation. That is not automatically $200,000 of Tap Tap Go revenue. The agreement must explain the recipient, use and any separate payments between the parties.

Make it practical.
