Assign the question routes

At a Tap Tap Go co-hosted session, distinguish product enquiries, partner-service enquiries and programme questions. Each may have a different owner. Explain the routes before collecting information so visitors understand who will receive their request and for what purpose.

Keep the handoff recognisable

Record the topic the visitor asked about and transfer only appropriate information through the agreed process. Do not treat attendance as consent for every co-host to begin unrelated outreach. A coordinated event experience should preserve the context that made the visitor interested in the first place.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, an attendee asks about a corporate profile rollout while another asks about an event membership benefit. The organiser routes each question to the relevant owner rather than adding both people indiscriminately to every partner’s sales list.

Make it practical.
