Record the question accurately

Restate the question and ask whether the summary captures what the member needs to know. Identify whether it concerns a learning task, a product detail or an individual account matter. Only the first two may belong in a shared log. Assign a person to seek the appropriate answer rather than allowing several members to circulate guesses.

Return with the scope intact

When an answer is available, explain what it resolves and any part still open. Update the relevant resource if the clarification will help future participants. If no answer can yet be confirmed, say so and leave the status visible. The proposed process should reward accurate follow-through, not pressure a facilitator to provide an immediate affirmative answer to every question.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, members ask whether a particular corporate workflow is supported in their configuration. The facilitator records the scope and obtains a current answer from the responsible team. The group receives a precise clarification rather than a rumour becoming accepted guidance.

Make it practical.
