Rebuild the scenario

Identify the general decision that others could learn from, then construct a fictional case with different, non-identifying details. Do not merely remove a name while preserving a recognisable company, project and unusual sequence of events. Use only the information needed to explain the task. Some issues are too specific to become suitable group material.

Keep the person out of the lesson

Present the exercise as a hypothetical scenario rather than inviting the original customer to confirm it publicly. If a real story is genuinely necessary, obtain appropriate agreement about its use first. The proposed approach allows support experience to strengthen Tap Tap Go education while respecting the difference between asking privately for help and volunteering to become a teaching example.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a private question reveals confusion about which colleague should receive an enquiry. The facilitator creates a fictional team with a simple handoff problem. Members practise assigning responsibility without learning anything about the original customer's organisation.

Make it practical.
