Reflect completed tasks

Ask the participant which journeys they can now perform comfortably and which still need help. Refer to actual practice rather than a list of sessions attended. The map might show preparing a project story, sharing an approved resource and identifying the correct enquiry owner. Record uncertainty honestly so the summary remains useful after the programme ends.

Leave ownership with the participant

Give the customer current references for the tasks they expect to repeat and a clear support route for unresolved questions. Ask whether they want any further assistance rather than automatically extending the programme. The proposed completion review should feel like a practical handover: the person understands their progress, knows where help exists and can choose what to learn next.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a participant finishes a short programme able to prepare and share a project summary independently. Corporate administration remains outside their role. Their closing map records that useful progress without implying mastery of every feature or promising improved sales.

Make it practical.
