Separate the shared and personal layers

Begin with the elements the organisation needs to keep consistent: company description, approved resources and official contact routes. Then identify where the employee's role, experience and speaking style belong. Use the actual team arrangements rather than assuming every field has the same owner. Participants should understand which changes they can make and which require approval.

Practise two introductions

Ask each participant to explain the same company resource through the lens of their own work. Compare whether both versions preserve the facts and lead the reader to an appropriate next step. Feedback should improve clarity without erasing the speaker's voice. This programme format makes consistency a shared foundation, not a demand that employees recite a single promotional paragraph.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a project manager and an account lead introduce the same approved case study differently. One highlights delivery coordination; the other explains the client problem. Both retain the company facts and document route while sounding like themselves.

Make it practical.
