Choose a modest demonstration

Invite a member to show how they organise an approved resource or explain a recipient's next step. Ask them to describe the problem and their reasoning, including anything they would change. The session does not need a dramatic commercial outcome. Ordinary work can be highly instructive when the decisions are visible.

Help the audience transfer the idea

After the walkthrough, ask which part could apply to another member's task and which depended on the speaker's context. Keep praise separate from product verification. A peer's experience should not be presented as proof that every configuration behaves identically. The proposed programme can leave participants with a practical question to test in their own work, rather than a motivational story they cannot apply.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a member shows how they replaced a vague project title with a recipient-focused description. The group discusses when that approach would help. No sales increase is claimed; the value lies in seeing a clear editing decision and how to test it.

Make it practical.
