Define the intended use

Before recording, explain where the walkthrough may appear, who may view it and whether excerpts will be made. Identify the material the member can authorise and anything that should remain off camera. Agreement to speak at a session should not be treated as permission for every future promotional use of the recording.

Schedule a relevance review

Set a practical review point for the organiser and member to confirm that the example remains appropriate. Product context, employment roles or project permissions may change. Keep a route for requesting corrections and for removing an outdated clip from the programme's own library. These are proposed programme arrangements to agree clearly, not a claim that a particular platform feature automatically manages reuse.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a member permits a project walkthrough for a private learning group. Months later, their role changes and the example is no longer suitable. Because the programme recorded the scope and review owner, the organiser can retire the clip without confusion.

Make it practical.
