Describe the encounter

Tell the intended profile assistant how people usually reach the page and what they ask first. Someone arriving after a meeting may need a specific resource, while a first-time visitor needs orientation. Ask for an order that supports that journey. The assistant can help make alternatives explicit, but it does not know your audience merely from the product category or a flattering description of the brand.

Evaluate the sequence with actual content

Read the proposed order using the real biography, projects and documents. Check whether the important resource remains easy to find on the current layout. Avoid treating a suggestion as a guaranteed conversion improvement. Ask a suitable reader to complete the intended task and compare the result with the proposed reasoning. The benefit is a more deliberate editorial structure, not automatic proof that the new order will increase sales.

Imagine this

Hypothetical scenario

A hypothetical profile is mainly shared after demonstrations. The assistant suggests placing the promised implementation overview earlier. The team tests whether recipients can locate it easily and keeps the change because it supports that task, not because the tool predicted a vague improvement.

Make it practical.
