Describe the intended use
Tell the assistant who will use the product, what the current problem is and which decisions remain open. Ask for questions about the relevant journey, such as profile ownership, resource updates or enquiry handling. Do not treat the generated list as proof that the product supports every item mentioned. It is an evaluation aid.
Prioritise the questions you can act on
Choose the few issues that will determine the next step. Keep speculative future possibilities separate from immediate requirements. During the demonstration, record actual answers and identify what still needs confirmation. The assistant can improve preparation while the decision remains grounded in the current product and the organisation’s real needs.
Hypothetical scenario
A hypothetical team uses AI to prepare for a corporate profile demonstration. The final questions focus on content ownership and role changes, rather than an unfocused list of every imagined integration.
Make it practical.
