Test the actual journey
Open the public page on a phone and complete the tasks a recipient is likely to attempt. Read the introduction, open a document, use a contact link and return to the profile. Watch for cropped information, cramped controls and confusing navigation. Do not judge the experience only from a screenshot; interactions and transitions can fail even when the initial view looks polished.
Record concrete problems
Describe what prevented a task rather than simply saying the design feels wrong. A useful issue might be that the document title is cut off or the contact action appears below unrelated material. Test after changes to confirm the problem is resolved. Include different text lengths and realistic content. A layout that works with a short placeholder name may break when a real person has a longer name or role.
Hypothetical example
A hypothetical team discovers that its long role titles obscure the main contact action on smaller phones. It adjusts the layout and tests with several real profiles. The review focuses on successful tasks, not whether the page resembles the desktop design exactly.
