Identify the summary’s purpose
Use the content assistant to create a resource summary, not to reconstruct a perfect conversation from uncertain material. Check the source transcript for names and technical terms before asking for a public explanation. Tell the assistant to preserve distinctions between available features, suggestions and future plans. A fluent summary can otherwise make a tentative remark sound settled.
Review the important statements
Compare any sentence about capability, timing or responsibility with the original context. Remove private remarks and identify illustrative demonstrations accurately. If the source is unclear, clarify with the speaker rather than allowing the assistant to choose the strongest interpretation. The profile’s video and document layers should tell the same story.
Hypothetical scenario
A hypothetical demonstration transcript says a workflow could be explored. The summary incorrectly describes it as available to every team. The publisher corrects the wording and checks the rest of the feature-status statements before sharing the resource.
