Keep the language precise
When introducing a shared resource, distinguish required inputs, optional preparation and suggestions for discussion. An AI summary or shortened profile description can accidentally flatten these categories. Compare the summary with the original and preserve the meaning. Do not make a recommendation sound like a contractual or technical requirement.
Explain uncertainty rather than inventing a rule
If the requirement depends on the engagement or current product configuration, say what needs confirmation. The profile should help the recipient prepare without creating unnecessary obligations. A useful summary makes the document easier to use while retaining the distinctions that guide action.
Hypothetical scenario
A hypothetical setup overview recommends preparing a team list before a discussion but does not require it to book the call. The profile summary preserves that distinction instead of presenting the preparation as a mandatory application step.
