How the feature helps
Tap Tap Go’s experience model includes loyalty programmes; the organiser’s current rules determine the qualifying actions and benefits. Explain how the actual programme distinguishes recorded activity, confirmed entitlement and completed redemption. Use the terms the organiser has approved and confirm what the current system displays. Do not present a provisional or pending item as immediately spendable value simply because it appears in an activity history.
The useful outcome
The member should know whether anything remains to be checked before using the benefit. Staff should recognise the same states and have a route for exceptions. This makes the loyalty experience more predictable without inventing a fixed conversion rate, cash value or universal redemption option.
A hypothetical scene
A member sees that an eligible activity has been recorded but its benefit is not yet available. The programme explains the review state clearly, preventing the member from assuming the activity record is already equivalent to a completed redeemable balance.
Make it practical.
