How the feature helps
Tap Tap Go’s experience model includes loyalty programmes; the organiser’s current rules determine the qualifying actions and benefits. Provide a clear way to report the issue and specify only the information needed to investigate. Do not ask for unnecessary financial or personal screenshots. Identify who reviews the request and explain that submission is not itself confirmation of entitlement. Confirm the actual support process before promising automatic corrections.
The useful outcome
The member should receive an understandable answer tied to the programme rules. The organiser should preserve enough context to explain a correction or a decision not to change the record. A respectful review process matters more than pretending the system can never produce uncertainty.
A hypothetical scene
A participant reports a missing eligible event activity. The organiser checks the relevant record through its agreed process and explains the outcome, rather than granting or rejecting the request solely because the member sends an informal screenshot.
Make it practical.
