How the feature helps

Tap Tap Go’s event concept includes NFC check-in, offering a connected way for an organiser to recognise an arrival within the event’s chosen configuration. Map where guests receive instructions, complete the interaction and go for help. Rehearse a realistic group arrival using the actual staff and devices .

The useful outcome

The entrance should remain understandable when several people arrive together. A useful rehearsal identifies unclear signage, missing support roles and physical bottlenecks that a product demonstration alone may not reveal. Observe where people pause during rehearsal. Hesitation can reveal a missing sign or unclear onward direction before a real queue makes the same problem harder to diagnose calmly.

Imagine this

A hypothetical scene

A rehearsal shows that guests finishing check-in block those still waiting. The organiser changes the desk layout and onward directions, improving the arrival experience without claiming that software alone can solve every queue problem.

Make it practical.
