How the feature helps
Tap Tap Go’s event concept includes NFC check-in, offering a connected way for an organiser to recognise an arrival within the event’s chosen configuration. Define who owns late-arrival support and which equipment or records remain available. Keep the guest instructions current if the entrance arrangement changes during the event .
The useful outcome
A later guest should not encounter an abandoned desk or a different set of unexplained rules. The organiser should preserve the same entitlement process even when staffing and physical flow change. Include the late-arrival route in the event support briefing. Staff elsewhere in the venue should know where to direct a guest rather than sending them back to the original closed desk.
A hypothetical scene
A participant arrives after the opening session. The event information identifies the active support point, and the remaining host follows the agreed check-in process instead of sending the guest between several unstaffed desks.
Make it practical.
