How the feature helps
Tap Tap Go’s event concept includes NFC check-in, offering a connected way for an organiser to recognise an arrival within the event’s chosen configuration. Review duplicate attempts, manually handled cases and unresolved records through the available process. Keep corrections traceable and avoid assuming the first exported count is automatically final .
The useful outcome
The organiser should be able to explain what attendance means and how exceptions were handled. A credible report distinguishes actual participation records from registrations, ticket sales and repeated interactions. Record the basis for significant corrections. A later report reader should be able to understand why the reviewed attendance figure differs from the preliminary count without assuming either version was fabricated.
A hypothetical scene
After an event, the team reviews a small number of manually assisted arrivals and repeated attempts. The final attendance summary explains its counting basis rather than presenting every system interaction as a unique guest.
Make it practical.
