Separate the functions

Dhawal Laheri’s future partner-led hybrid vision could connect several capabilities within one experience. A customer might ask where an asset is held, how a conversion is quoted or how proceeds reach a supported destination. Those questions concern different functions and should not be collapsed into one reassuring statement that the platform handles everything.

Know who performs the action

The proposed programme would need to identify the relevant providers and conditions for each supported step. A familiar interface can make navigation easier, but it does not erase the distinction between custody, conversion and transfer. Clear role descriptions help customers understand what they are considering and where a particular question belongs, without implying that every capability is currently live or universally available.

Imagine this

Hypothetical scenario

Hypothetically, a prospective customer asks whether a future service can both hold and convert a supported asset. The answer distinguishes those possible functions and their provider arrangements.

Make it practical.
