Keep the route concrete
Go Cash includes supported wallet-to-wallet utility within Tap Tap Go’s wider proposition. Dhawal Laheri’s future vision can connect that experience with other possibilities, but the present wallet function should not be confused with bank transfers, virtual card funding or universal cross-border access. Each route has its own purpose and applicable conditions.
Explain what the customer is using
A useful description identifies the participating service and intended recipient relationship. SEPA, SWIFT and IBAN capabilities remain coming soon, while virtual Visa is a separate USD-only feature. Keeping those distinctions visible helps customers evaluate the actual action available to them instead of assuming that one successful wallet transfer proves every other money route is ready or works in the same way.
Hypothetical scenario
Hypothetically, a customer uses a supported Go Cash wallet transfer and later asks about paying a bank account. They receive a separate explanation of the bank-route roadmap rather than an assumption of equivalence.
Make it practical.
