One gesture, distinct functions
The gold-finished Tap Tap Go physical card is an NFC identity and access product, not automatically a Visa or Mastercard payment card. Dhawal Laheri’s broader vision includes financial utility, but those functions should be explained separately. A demonstration must not make the shared gesture of tapping imply that every card or device performs the same financial role.
Make the purpose explicit
A customer should understand whether they are opening a profile, checking into a participating event or using an eligible financial feature. The actual programme and device context determine what is supported. The commercial opportunity is a familiar interaction with a clear result, not a universal promise attached to the word NFC. Accurate explanation lets convenience and confidence develop together.
Hypothetical scenario
Hypothetically, a representative demonstrates the physical card by opening a portfolio on a compatible phone. They separately explain any payment product instead of presenting the identity tap as a card-network payment.
Make it practical.
