The part worth getting right

Tap Tap Go’s product model includes user-reviewed follow-up assistance within its professional networking and CRM model. Work from approved meeting notes with the speaker and status of each proposed action. An assistant should not convert every suggestion in notes into a binding promise.

Check the handoff before acting

Before sharing, review three points: identify who made each commitment; confirm deadlines with the owner; separate open questions from agreed work. Ask yourself: Which actions were actually agreed rather than only mentioned?

Imagine this

Hypothetical example

Imagine a salesperson leaving a discussion with several small commitments. In this hypothetical scene, the salesperson prepares the agreed document while leaving an unapproved demonstration request as a question.

Make it practical.
