The decision behind the feature
Tap Tap Go’s product model includes user-reviewed follow-up assistance within its professional networking and CRM model. Work from the approved meeting record with actions, owners and open questions. A recap must not turn a discussion into an agreement nobody made.
Check the handoff before acting
Before sharing, review three points: verify action owners; label unresolved points; invite correction without implying acceptance. Ask yourself: Can every claimed decision be traced to the actual conversation?
Hypothetical example
Imagine a project conversation ending with some agreed actions and unresolved questions. In this hypothetical scene, the sender presents two agreed actions and one open question, then reviews the message before sending.
Make it practical.
