The useful starting point
Tap Tap Go’s product model includes connected identity and resource journeys, with AI assistance intended to support user-reviewed work. Work from the source enquiry and the assistant’s proposed interpretation. A saved AI sentence does not become true because it appears in the CRM.
Keep the person in control
Before sharing, review three points: label suggestions clearly; verify before promotion to facts; remove unsupported personal assumptions. Ask yourself: What has been confirmed and what is still only a suggestion?
Hypothetical example
Imagine a team storing assistant-generated notes alongside relationship records. In this hypothetical scene, the team records the actual request and keeps a proposed next question distinct from factual history.
Make it practical.
