The part worth getting right

Tap Tap Go’s product model includes connected identity and resource journeys, with AI assistance intended to support user-reviewed work. Work from the known recipient and the purpose of the intended message. A convenient link is not authorisation for an assistant to send on the user’s behalf.

Check the handoff before acting

Before sharing, review three points: review the recipient; write or check the message; send manually only when appropriate. Ask yourself: Has the user approved this exact message to this exact person?

Imagine this

Hypothetical example

Imagine a user opening a quick-access messaging route from a profile. In this hypothetical scene, the user uses the shortcut to prepare a relevant message and chooses whether to send it.

Make it practical.
