The wrong fact in the right workflow
Tap Tap Go’s lead and CRM model relies on information people provide or record through their work. If an AI suggestion seems wrong, check the underlying context before arguing with the output. A contact may have changed employer, a note may refer to a different project or an old enquiry may have been attached to the wrong conversation. The assistant cannot make stale or mistaken information current simply by summarising it fluently.
Repair the working record
Confirm the disputed detail through the appropriate source or a respectful clarification. Keep the correction limited to what is known, and distinguish it from an inference. Update the authorised working record using available controls, then reassess the proposed next step. If the error affected a drafted message, review that draft again before sending. Avoid spreading the incorrect summary to more colleagues while the issue is unresolved. The useful outcome is a cleaner conversation record and a better human decision.
Hypothetical example
A lead summary says a contact represents a former employer. The salesperson notices the new enquiry names a different company, confirms the current context and updates the record. The follow-up is rewritten around the new request rather than carrying the mistaken affiliation into an otherwise polished message.
Make it practical.
