Work from approved common fields and separately confirmed individual details. A template can accidentally propagate a personal number or confidential note.

Make the outcome reviewable

Before sharing, review three points: check each person’s record; remove copied private fields; verify every finished profile. Ask yourself: Which information belongs to this individual rather than the template?
